NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY. This sweepstakes is open to all legal United States residents at least 18 years old at time of entry. Employees of Carita and its affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, sales representatives, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and the immediate families of each, as well as employees of InStyle are not eligible to enter. Void outside the United States and where prohibited by law.

2. HOW TO ENTER. To enter go to the ENTER HYPERLINK HERE to fill out an official entry form with all information requested and submit online. No mechanical reproductions of entries allowed. Sponsor is not responsible for mutilated, misdirected, illegible or incomplete entries. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her Sweepstakes entries) who tampers with the entry process.

3. DRAWING/GRAND PRIZE GAME/PRIZES/ODDS. (#) Prize Winner will be drawn at random by a Carita-designated third party, whose decisions are final and binding with regard to this sweepstakes, from among eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted beginning February 15, 2008. 25 GRAND PRIZES AWARDED: Carita Ideal Hydratation Set (Approximate Retail Value: $200.00). Grand Prize winner is responsible for all expenses associated with prize not specified herein. Odds of being deemed a Prize winner will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. No cash redemption of prizes. No transfer of prizes. No substitution of prizes, except that in case of unavailability of prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

4. WINNER NOTIFICATION/PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. Prize winner will be notified by email, and will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release prior to award of prize. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Any and all income taxes on prizes are responsibility of winner. Prize winner grants to Sponsor the right to use their name and likeness in advertising and promotion without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

5. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY. By accepting a prize the winner agrees that Sponsor will not be held responsible for any damage, loss of property, accidents, injuries, or death that may occur in the receipt, awarding, use or possession of the prize. Winner acknowledges that neither Sponsor nor its directors, employees, or agents, have made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on prize (if any) are subject to the manufacturer's terms therefore, and winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturer for any such warranty and/or guarantee.
